Yes, so, anyway, I created a warning level for the site to keep track of users and to cut down on the spam and shit. Your thoughts?

It's honestly kinda useless, because it's just a forum.

But I guess we can all deal with it.

The bar is fine. I need to change the title, so it's clearer. Warning Level makes it sound weird.
